If Friday is also a bank holiday then the cut off is 24 hours earlier. This will give us time to process your order and deliver to you on Friday. To ensure delivery before a bank holiday weekend, orders must be placed before midnight on Wednesday.

On the outside of the box you will find a copy of your order documents and a set of planting guidelines please follow these to ensure success. On receipt of your delivery, please open the box as soon as possible and remove the plant from the box, if you are not able to plant it immediately please check that the compost is moist and place the plant in a sheltered position. Please note that plant sizes will vary according to the time of year and the type of plant.
